   • Customized items based on client measurements are final and cannot be changed once confirmed.

   • We do not provide exchange services for any customized or non-customized products.

   • Prices are listed in AED and may change without prior notice.

3. Delivery

   • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

   • LURANA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.
